SET-UP.......after you make the right turn off the paved drive onto the dirt road leading toward the kitchen, you may pick any spot that is empty on the right or left....they will be marked off with sticks......first come, first served......you may also elect to create a selling structure on a given spot and have that be your "permanent" spot for events to come.....the main "public" selling day is on saturday, but we encourage you to set up on thurs or fri to alleviate a saturday morning rush, take advantage of early sales and trades to villagers, and to help decorate and flesh out the village as early as possible.
Big City Art Collectors
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you arrive to set up, if thurs-sat, the Village will already have been operating as a working village with kitchen, showers, camps, collaborative art projects, etc for several days, or even a week, so please unload and remove your vehicle to the vendor lot or upper cow pasture as soon as possible. This is especially important if you have a space in or near "downtown" near the kitchen, where a lot of big and little kids are walking around. If you have an art car, it can be made part of your display. All other vehicles must be removed from the exhibit area, unless you have one of the deeper spots along the lower side of the road , which can accomodate pulling a vehicle into the spot, then setting up behind it. Do not park in the road, block the road, come close to blocking the road, or block the road, or park in the road at any time, for any reason, unless you are having a heart attack.
